Watercolor stone construction
1 Basic treatment
Ensure that the base layer is firm, not cracked, not powdered, not sandy, not hollow, and the surface is free of dust, laitance, oil, rust, mildew and other debris. This step is very important to deal with the base layer before construction.
2. Scratch 2 to 3 times of flexible water-resistant putty, and consume 2 to 3 kilograms per square meter. Level the wall first, and compact it when scraping, and the interval between two putties is about 1 to 2 hours.
The flatness of the wall directly affects the effect after spraying. Therefore, before spraying the watercolor stone, the wall needs to be leveled. There are high requirements on the level of construction personnel when scraping and applying putty.
3. After the putty is dry, sand it with 80~600-grit sandpaper. Generally, sand it with 120-grit sandpaper first, and then sand it again with 360-grit sandpaper. If it is finer, it can be sanded with 600-grit sandpaper. The sanding should be fully in place, and there should be no Omit or wear the putty, sweep away the floating ash after grinding
In principle, use coarse sandpaper to sand first, then fine sandpaper. If you want better results, use 600-grit sandpaper to sand it again. Remember not to wear the putty.
4. Brush 1 to 2 times of alkali-resistant primer. It is recommended to dilute the primer with 10%~20% water. During construction, it should be applied evenly without any leakage, and the amount of primer should be controlled at 0.15 kg per square. Roll or brush directly after diluting with water. It needs to be rolled or sprayed evenly to ensure no sagging.
5. Twice the middle coat, 10%~20% diluted with water, do not miss the brush, avoid spraying in wet weather, the time interval is 2 hours, wait for the middle coat to fully dry before spraying the topcoat.
When spraying for the second time, it is necessary to ensure that the first coat is fully dried before construction.
6. Spray the topcoat 2 times, with an interval of 2 hours in the middle, depending on the humid weather to extend the time appropriately, the amount of the topcoat for two times is kept at 0.33 kg per square.
This step has requirements for spraying technology, and it needs an experienced construction master to do it. Only by spraying can the construction requirements be completed, and there will be texture and artistic effect.

1. When spraying watercolor stone topcoat, it is necessary to protect the ground, wall and other positions.
