Coating process description:
Applicable substrates:
(1) Anti-rust protection on the surface of metal materials such as steel structures, mechanical equipment, iron, stainless steel, auto parts, copper sheets, cast iron, and forgings.
(2) Before brushing or spraying, remove the oil stains on the substrate or primer, and remove wax, oil stains and other impurities and dusts with crystal leaf series product degreasing cleaners.
Available time after mixing: When mixing water paint/25¡ãC: 4 hours before application is the best effect, after adding water and readjusting the construction viscosity, it can be used repeatedly.
Construction coating: 1.5-2 layers, paint film thickness 40-60um. Construction interval between layers: At 25¡ãC: The flash-off interval between layers should not be less than 3-5 minutes.
Re-construction: After the primer is applied, it can be continued to spray any topcoat of the company after it is dried for 1 hour.

Precautions:
