Product Features Description:
This product is a quick-drying and economical formula product. It adopts water-based epoxy modified acrylic resin and water-based polyurethane dispersion as the main body. It is a functional environmentally friendly decorative coating that is made by ingenious combination of molecular structure and self-crosslinking. It can be used together with the company's anti-rust primer to obtain excellent interlayer adhesion and surface decoration effect. Matched with crystal leaf water-based special agent, titanium greatly improves the aging resistance of the topcoat, and the impact resistance has better mechanical strength, and the surface gloss is fuller. The production is non-combustible, and the VOC emission is mg/kg=50ppm, which is far lower than the national regulation mg/kg=300ppm.
Coating process description:
Applicable substrates:
(1) Construction on the middle coat and primer of the Crystal Leaf product series, or on the soft substrate that has been sprayed with the isolation layer, and on the new and old paint films that have been hardened and polished.
(2) Anti-rust protection for the surfaces of metal materials such as dirty containers, marijuana carriages, advertising signs, or bare iron, stainless steel, copper sheets, cast iron, forgings, auto parts, steel structures, machinery and equipment.
(3) Before brushing or spraying, remove the oil stains on the substrate or primer, and use the crystal leaf series product degreasing cleaner to remove wax, oil and other impurities and dust.
Mixing available time:
(1) Water paint after mixing without adding curing agent/25¡ãC: Applying I before 4 hours is the best effect, after adding water and readjusting the construction viscosity, it can be used repeatedly.
(2) The prepared water paint must be used up within four hours when the curing agent is prepared, and it cannot be recycled after four hours.
Construction coating: 1.5-2 layers, paint film thickness 40-60um.
Construction interval between layers: 25¡ãC: The flash-dry interval should not be less than 3-5 minutes.
Spraying tools and air pressure: geocentric force, suction spray gun (upper pot) 2.0-2.5mm2-4kg/cm*
Gloss: Full matte, semi-matte, satin finish.

Shelf life: 1 year in a cool dry place/20¡ãC with the original lid.

Precautions:
(1) It is recommended not to repaint on other brands of paint.
(2) Stir well before using, and then dilute, filter, spray and brush according to the ratio in the manual.
(3) The leftover paint after the shed should not be poured into the sewer.
