Product Features Description:
This product is a fast-drying and economical formula product. It is mainly composed of water-based hydroxypropyl modified resin, water-based epoxy resin, and water-based epoxy modified resin. Dispersion medium, ingenious combination of molecular structure and self-crosslinking exquisite environmental protection anti-rust coating. It can be used together with our anti-rust topcoat to obtain excellent anti-rust and decorative effects. Excellent adhesion, impact resistance and excellent mechanical strength. The product is not flammable, and the VoC emission is mg/kg=50ppm, which is far lower than the national regulation mg/kg=300ppm.
Coating process description:
Applicable substrates:
(1) Anti-rust protection on the surface of metal materials such as steel structures, mechanical equipment, iron, stainless steel, auto parts, copper sheets, cast iron, and forgings.
(2) Before brushing or spraying, remove the oil stains on the substrate or primer, and remove the wax, oil and other impurities and dust with the degreasing cleaner of pulse crystal leaf series products.
Available time after mixing: When mixing water paint/25¡ãC: Applying I before 4 hours is the best effect. After that, adding water and readjusting the construction viscosity can continue to be used repeatedly.
Construction layer: 1.5-2 layers, paint film thickness 40-60um.
Construction interval between layers: 25¡ãC: The flash-dry interval should not be less than 3-5 minutes.
Re-construction: The primer can be sprayed with any topcoat of our company after 1 hour of drying.
Spraying tools and air: geocentric force, suction spray gun (upper pot) 2.0-2.5mm2-4kg/cm

Shelf life: In a dry place/20¡ãC, the original seal can be stored for 1 year.

Precautions:
(1) It is recommended not to recoat on other brands of paint.
(2) Stir well before use, then dilute, filter, spray and brush according to the ratio in the manual.
(3) The leftover paint that has not been shed should not be poured into the sewer, and professional units are required to recycle it.
