This series of products is an environment-friendly paint with extremely high physical and decorative properties specially provided for the surface of furniture and wood. This system is a one- or two-component quick-drying economical formula product. The whole line adopts water-based polyester resin as the main body, pigments, fillers, special effects additives and other environmentally friendly and non-toxic materials, and uses deionized water as the dispersion medium. Environmentally friendly and non-toxic coatings with refined molecular structure self-crosslinking. The coating has excellent sandability and surface smoothness. It is equipped with a special water-based curing agent for crystal leaves, which can greatly improve the anti-aging properties of the topcoat, and the surface scratch resistance further improves the surface gloss and fullness of the paint film. The product is non-flammable, and the VOC emission is mg/kg=30ppm, which is far lower than the national regulation mg/kg=300ppm.
Coating process description:
Applicable substrates:
(1) Apply on the surface of putty, the middle coat and primer of the crystal leaf product series, or the soft substrate that has been sprayed with the isolation layer, and the new and old paint films that have been hardened and polished.
(2) Before brushing or spraying, remove the oil stains on the substrate or primer, and remove wax, oil stains and other impurities and dusts with crystal leaf series product degreasing cleaners.
Available time after mixing:
1. When the paint is mixed with no curing agent at 25¡ãC: the best effect is achieved before 4 hours of construction. After that, the viscosity can be re-adjusted by adding water and can continue to be used repeatedly.
2. The formulated curing agent must be used up within four hours, and cannot be recycled after four hours.
Construction layer: 1-2 layers, paint film thickness 25-35um. Interval between coats of spraying: At 25¡ãC: The flash-off interval between coats should not be less than 3-5 minutes.
Re-construction: The primer can be sprayed with the matching topcoat 1 hour after the primer is finished.
Spraying tools and air pressure: geocentric suction spray gun (upper pot) 2.0-2.5mm2-4kg/cm*
Shelf life: In a dry place/20¡ãC, the original seal can be stored for 1 year.

Precautions:
(1) It is recommended not to repaint on other brands of paint.
(2) Stir well before use, then dilute, filter, spray and brush according to the ratio in the manual.
(3) The leftover paint that is not used in the courtyard should not be poured into the sewers, and the industry units should recycle it.
