Product introduction:
This series of products is specially provided for the factory - an environmentally friendly wood furniture coating with extremely high physical properties and decorative properties. The product chain is complete, the supporting application is strong, the color can be adjusted arbitrarily, and the physical properties and Constructability, especially suitable for factory assembly line operations.
Common features: single component, fast drying, high degree of drying, excellent water and scald resistance, pulse thinning, no irritating odor, healthy and environmentally friendly high-performance products.
Construction technology:
The surface to be coated must be clean, dry, oil-free, wax-free and solid. Mix the paint thoroughly before use without adding water. Use a transparent primer to paint brightly. After mixing thoroughly, brush or spray directly. You can also rub with liver-cleaned wool or silk cotton yarn (this process should be carried out before varnishing), or you can use varnish to color, according to the color. Depending on the depth of the needs, apply 1-2 times of water-based transparent topcoat to repair the color, if necessary, use 1000-1500 grit water sandpaper to lightly sand (do not penetrate the color paint film), and the overcoating time is about 4 hours. Finally, apply two coats of varnish on top of the clear paint.
Packaging and Storage:
1. The specifications for running on production are 18L, 50L, 100L packaging
2. For water-based products, the storage temperature should not be lower than 0°C, so it should be stored in a greenhouse in winter in northern regions to avoid freezing.
3. Avoid sun exposure in summer and store in a cool and ventilated place to prolong the shelf life.
4. If the original paint is not opened, the shelf life is one year. After one year, if the paint liquid does not appear to deteriorate, taste, etc., it can be stirred evenly, and the sample painting test is carried out first. The technical department of our company will conduct an evaluation and use it after passing the test.
