Construction sequence:
1. Substrate treatment, first clean the ground, do not sand, have oil, ash, and water
2. One primer, the primer A component and B component = 3:1, after fully mixing with high shear force, add an appropriate amount of water to adjust the viscosity for construction (water is about 30% of component A or group B). Divide the same volume of water), the construction process requires site ventilation, and the humidity should be controlled below 75%. Dosage 0.1~0.15kg/m2
3. One coat of middle coat, primer: quartz powder or fine sand = 1:1, plus an appropriate amount of water to adjust the viscosity (water accounts for about 10% of the varnish), the total amount of one coat is 0.1kg/m2, no powder.
4. Two coats of topcoat, the ratio of topcoat, A:B=4:1, after stirring for 3 to 5 minutes under high shear force, add water (or with group B) that accounts for about 15% of the weight of component A Divide the same volume of water) and mix well before construction. The dosage is 0.12kg/m2.
Storage method and period:
The A and B components of the primer, midway and topcoat of this product are water-based coatings, which can be stored in a dry and ventilated warehouse.
It needs to be stored away from light. The effective storage period of A component is one year, and the effective storage period of B component is half a year.
