Instructions for use
1. The surface to be painted before construction must be cleaned to ensure that there is no grease, mildew, algae and other attachments. Wait for it to dry before construction, it is recommended to use primer to coat it again.
2. The construction method adopts brush coating, roller coating, airless spraying, etc. The construction effect of airless spraying is better. Apply 2-3 coats with at least 2 hours between recoatings (standard values at 25°C and 50% relative humidity).
3. Dilution: For brush coating and roller coating, it can be diluted with water below 30% and 20% respectively. For odorless coating, it is recommended to add water below 15% for dilution. Stir well before use.
4. Construction environment: It is not suitable for construction when the temperature is lower than 5℃ or the relative temperature is above 85%.
5. The maintenance period is more than 7 days (25 ℃, 50% relative humidity), and the low temperature or high humidity should be extended accordingly.
6. The theoretical brushing area is 11-12㎡2/KG/pass, and the actual construction area will vary due to the construction method, surface roughness and construction environment.
7. Storage: It should be stored in a cool and dry place above 0-40 ℃, and prevent frost; the shelf life is 24 years.
Leak handling:
In case of leakage, cover with sand or mud to absorb. Disposal of post-absorbed contaminants, including jars and unused containers, should be done in accordance with local environmental standards and never dispose of discarded paint waste into drains or water sources.
