This product is made of cement, quartz sand, cement-modified anti-seepage agent and thickening adhesive, etc. It has excellent cohesiveness and flexibility. The base surface is further leveled and compensated for the micro-faces of the base surface; it has excellent anti-cracking, waterproof and impermeability, easy construction and easy grinding.
Scope of application:
·Suitable for leveling before coating construction on bases with expansion or shrinkage deformation, concrete, cement-mixed mortar, thermal insulation systems and other bases.
·Suitable for indoor and outdoor construction of buildings.
Instructions:
·Add the powdery flexible putty to the water prepared in advance, the mixing ratio: 1 part of water + 2.5~3 parts of dry powder;
·It is recommended to use an electric mixer to fully stir the putty and water;
· Stir the putty slurry until the CR is uniform and there are no obvious lumps or mushy agglomerations:
·Let the slurry to be constructed after stirring stand for 5-10 minutes, and then stir for 1-2 minutes, then it can be used.
·Insert the mixed putty into two layers with a plastering trowel. The construction thickness of each layer is about 0.5-0.6 mm. After the first layer is dry, the second construction can be carried out.
·Make sure that the putty is embedded in batches during construction.
Precautions:
·This product should be used in the environment of 5℃-40℃.
·Before construction, the verticality and flatness of the base surface must be confirmed.
Putty needs to be configured with viscosity, too thin and easy to sag, too viscous and difficult to construct;
·Do not mix the dried glue with water before use.
If the putty has been configured, if the surface is dry, the crust must be removed first;
·Before construction, the base layer needs to do interface treatment.
・Use a low-speed mixer when mixing.
·Be careful to avoid heavy pressure during transportation.
Storage and Transportation:
·This product should be stored in a dry and ventilated place, and it is strictly prohibited to be exposed to the sun and moisture.
·The storage period is one year. The product is non-toxic and non-flammable, and storage and transportation can be handled in accordance with the "Non-Dangerous Goods Regulations".
