This product is an indoor putty made of a variety of natural powders and special additives. It has the advantages of fine powder, whiteness, air permeability, good adhesion to the base surface, easy polishing and painting on the surface. The top surface is leveled.
Scope of application:
★For interior wall and ceiling decoration and plastering.
★A variety of inorganic materials such as concrete, lightweight concrete, precast, hollow masonry, plaster and gypsum board surfaces.

Base surface treatment:
★The wall surface must be clean, free of floating dust, oil stains, moss and other dirt, and the wall surface must be firm and free of hollow drums, and cement mortar should be used for leveling treatment if necessary;
★The new wall should be putty construction only after the cement mortar plastering layer is fully hardened (plastering about 7 days);
★After the old wall is cleaned, it is recommended to use interface agent for treatment, and then carry out batch scraping construction.
Construction method:
★Put clean water into the bucket in proportion. 15KG putty can be added with 7.6--8.0L of water, and then slowly add the putty while stirring, and fully stir until the slurry is completely uniform and free of particles. It is recommended to use a low-speed electric mixer for stirring, and the effect is more ideal.
★The wall flatness achieved by scraping 2 layers of putty can meet the general requirements. If there are special requirements for flatness, 3-4 layers are required;
★After the last layer of putty is finished, sand it in 1-2 days. Clean the wall powder after sanding.
Reference dosage:
The theoretical dosage is about 1.2-1.5KG/m2 per 1mm of batch scraping thickness, and the material consumption depends on the flatness of the base surface and the batch scraping thickness of the putty.
clean:
Before drying, wipe off the putty remaining on the surface of adjacent materials with a wrung wet cloth, and clean all tools and equipment with clean water.
Precautions:
★The construction temperature should be 5℃-35℃;
★Do not mix the dried slurry with water before using it;
★Before painting, please use a healthy primer;
★In order to prevent the putty powder from shrinking too much, cracking and falling off, the first batch of scraping should not be too thick, and the thickness should be controlled at 0.5-1.0mm.
★This product is strictly prohibited to be mixed with other putty and accessories;

Shelf life:
The original sealed products are stored on ventilated and dry shelves. Under normal storage and transportation conditions, the shelf life is one year.
